The Commercial Documentation Specialist position is responsible for working closely with the International Relocation Coordinator by setting up, coordinating and monitoring all assigned HHG shipments. Key responsibilities include receiving, registering and coordinating all assigned shipments during the move process. Duties also include updating the shipment tracking systems with dates and comments associated with each shipment, forwarding all appropriate shipment documents as required. This position also reviews and processes invoices, calls destination and port agents, solicits competitive rates and also uses rosters and routing guides to determine which agent to assign. Basic administrative duties also include document scanning, copying, and mailing and other supportive job responsibilities as required.

High School diploma or equivalent
Entry level position with minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Basic Math Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
