Estimator/Project Manager

We are a well-established specialty subcontractor in construction. Our customers are the area's largest general contractors (Kraus Anderson, Mortenson, McGough, JE Dunn, A&P, etc.).
We seek a highly organized, ambitious individual to help us add new specialty products to furnish and install for our customers.

The position involves:
a. preparing estimates/bids based on accurate reading of blueprints and solid product knowledge;
b. managing the jobs that we subsequently win.

Critical to success are:
a. high degree of organization;
b. strong attention to detail;
c. ability/desire to produce and earn at a certain level;
d. strong communication skills (with customers, suppliers and co-workers);
e. good facility with MS Office.
