Front Office Receptionist


Duties: maintain computerized Customer Service schedule, including setting/following up on appointments. Maintain customer charts and all associated forms and files.
Collect and record payments; track accounting activities through end of month.
Participate in marketing efforts including outbound telemarketing calls to patients and professional care facilities, with appropriate follow-up.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills and good organizational abilities.
Need good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently.
Prefer 2-3 years customer service background and heavy office experience.
Hours are 9-5
