Assistant for Insurance Advisor

Mature candidate qualifications:

Assist to agent with contacts and client support in brokerage, teachers, and Medicare.

• Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner.
• Can perform job duties independently with minimal supervision.
• General offices duties: answer phones (must have friendly phone personality and customer service skills) filing, data entry and scheduling.
• Computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Must be positive, energetic, dependable, hardworking, organized, team player, detailed and a multi-tasker.
• Experience in dealing with confidential matters.
