Administrative position


Midtown Jewelry Manufacturer looking for a young and energetic individual for a full time Administrative position.

Responsibilities include:
Oversee all technical related issues within the company
Prepare and organize all details and materials pertaining to all the Jewelry Exhibitions
Travel and attend Jewelry shows.
Handle all marketing and advertising material for customers and for the jewelry shows
Maintain the company's website
Approve sketches for new merchandise, designs and special orders
Prepare quotes and place special orders for customers
Assist customers with inquiries of jewelry products
Order supplies, travel arrangements, dictations
Data Entry

Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Basic Photoshop, Internet
Self motivated & detail-oriented with ability to work in team environment
Flexible & innovative
Desire to work in fast-paced environment
