Receptionist/Assistant for Acupuncture Office


A growing acupuncture practice is seeking candidates for an assistant’s position. The applicants responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, answering phones and scheduling appointments, calling potential clients, accepting payments and billing, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, maintaining exam rooms and the office, obtaining medical histories, and entering client data into the computer and medical charts. The candidates should be organized and detail-oriented, friendly and personable while maintaining professional demeanor, capable of multi-tasking, skilled in phone use and highly proficient in English. Punctuality is necessary, as is a self-starting ability.

Full time position available, but also will consider part-time. Person must be available and willing to work Saturday mornings. Career advancement is possible and considered a goal.

Compensation: $10.00/hr for entry level candidates; D.O.E. for others
