Answers incoming marketing calls, retrieves leads from the Information email account, enters lead information into FileMaker, calls leads to set up appointments for estimates, reschedules appointments as required, makes follow-up calls to leads based on dates in FileMaker.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Retrieves leads from the Information email account (Service Magic, Angie’s List, Field Marketing, Project Planners, Project Managers, etc), enters them into FileMaker and files the email.
Runs a Call List for that day from FileMaker and calls leads to set up an estimate (using the appropriate script) and enters information in FileMaker and Google calendars.
Answers incoming calls on the marketing lines, determines the lead source and client request.
Using the appropriate script (based on lead source), explains our process to the client, obtains their name, address, contact numbers, email address, other household members involved in making the decisions, and enters this information in FileMaker while on the call. Based on their availability and the availability of the appropriate Project Planner, sets up an appointment date and time, enters it in the Project Planner’s Google calendar and also in FileMaker, and confirms all information with the client.
Assists Marketing Manager as required
Maintains a clean and organized work space
Files lead information as required
Might be responsible for specific Marketing Projects as assigned
Must Have Qualifications:
Cheerful and engaging phone personality
Excellent communication skills and good diction
Punctual and 100% reliable
Computer and data entry skills
Familiarity with Outlook/Google email and calendar programs
