Honolulu Builders LLC is seeking an energetic and self directed individual for the position of Office Manager for our growing, successful construction firm in downtown Honolulu.
The ideal candidate should enjoy diversity and be able to multi task as the position includes:
- Human Resources including new hire processing and documentation
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Customer and Vendor inquiries and issues
- Construction Administration and Clerical Support
- Assist with Marketing and Website
- Provide Accounting coverage
The position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in office management perferably in the construction industry, strong Microsoft Office skills, ability to work in a team environment, good written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
