The ideal candidate must be professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with clients, coworkers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner. Must be a fast learner, self starter, takes initiative, and must work well under pressure.
Duties include but not limited:
Ability to handle multiple phone lines and multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Data entry, receiving and sending faxes, knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
