At ABC Solutions, our clients are empowered to overcome social and adaptive skills deficits, which often prevent them from living and working independently or interfere with the quality of life they seek to obtain. We serve a population of individuals who have often experienced major life challenges and need assistance in their day-to-day living skills. By offering personal and vocational skills training to youth and adults with developmental disabilities, emotional and/or mental health issues, we help prepare our clients to participate as positive members of their communities.

Administrative Support (Pay grade: 12a-12c)
This is a part-time position with the potential to go full-time as the client base increases. The primary function of this position will be maintaining and creating client records for Vocational Services department. The administrative support staff will also provide departmental support by assisting team members in a variety of office clerical activities, including data entry duties along with extensive filing.

Requirements for position:
*Must be a current or graduate student from a 4 year accredited college or university

*Bilingual and/or sign language candidates are highly desired

*Valid driver’s license, automobile, and car insurance. A maximum of 2 points on DMV Driving Record.

*Strong time management skills, ability to work unsupervised, quality assurance, driven, results-oriented and an advocate for persons with disabilities required.

*Excellent interpersonal and organization skills a must.

*Must be capable of handling highly confidential information

*Must have solid general office experience

*Must be familiar with basic accounting concepts
