Administrative/Client Support Staff

Seeking college-educated, detail-oriented individual for administrative/client support staff in a small and vibrant Life Insurance firm in Cockeysville. Primary tasks include processing Life Insurance applications (will train), general office duties, answering phones and servicing existing insurance policies by email and phone (no sales). Must be proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel. Hours are 8:30am to 5pm. $32K-$35K to start ($15-$17/hour), depending on experience.
Essential skills/requirements:
--Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up
--Confident problem-solver with ability to work independently.
--Positive, flexible attitude/quick learner.
--Ability to multi-task and prioritize well.
--Professional phone manner.
--Ability to type at least 50 wpm with strong spelling and proofreading skills.
