Kitchen remodeling company in Owings Mills, MD is seeking an experienced administrator for our Installation Dept. This position is responsible for maintaining job information in the company Data Base, scheduling, ordering materials and maintaining installation pay data. This position requires regular contact with customers and installation technicians, acting as a liaison and trouble shooting scheduling, paperwork and payment problems.
Candidates for this position must demonstrate a high level of organization and flexibility to handle multiple tasks each day. Accurate data entry, proof reading ability, strong math skills and excellent customer service skills are essential. To be considered for this position, candidates must have proven experience with accurate high volume data entry, 2 or more years experience in customer service and the ability to perform mathematical calculations with measurements.
